These properties are primarily vacant single family lots, most of which are scattered throughout the Algona and Federal Way areas. Many of the properties are too small to support development, and the seller would consider a bulk offer for all of the parcels.

The largest property is located at 1227 Sunnyside Boulevard NE, Everett, and consists of 5 parcels totaling approximately 20.60 acres. Three of these parcels are zoned AG-10 (agricultural) and two are zoned residential. See the PARCELS PHOTOS MAP
