We are now soliciting offers on the Sagstad Marina. The asking price is $3,300,000.

The marina consists of a 55 slip marina with predominantly covered slips, a 65 foot dry-dock with rail system to move boats onto the uplands repair area, a metal shop building with a large sliding door to accept boats from the dry-dock railway, an electric marine crane, which can hoist small boats from the marina inner waterway, a wood shop building, a two story commercial building, the Salmon Bay Café restaurant building and two dock buildings.

The property is rectangular in shape and is approximately 150 feet wide and 610 feet deep (94,723 sf). The uplands area and a portion of the submerged lands are owned in fee: the outer portion of the submerged lands is leased from the DNR.

The buildings total approximately 18,040 sf and consist of a single story restaurant building, a 2 story wood framed commercial building, a two level metal shop building, a wood framed shop building, a wood framed dry-dock operations building and 2 wood framed dock buildings.
